Fall is near! I can feel it in the air and I’m beyond excited! What does fall mean for me? Pumpkin everything, fairs & festivals (really looking forward checking out the Dixie Classic), sweaters galore and walks through awesome foliage.
Confession: I’m not the most patient person out there and I didn’t want to wait for the fair food this year. So last week, I made my very own Caramel Corn!
This Caramel Corn is super simple, the perfect amount of sweetness and has a crunch factor that is out of this world! Using the rest of my Homemade Caramel Sauce, this came together in a flash!
This recipe also sparked some great gift ideas for the holidays. 😉 Never too early to start making gifts, right? Even though it’s only fall, I’m still thinking of gifts. I love making my own for friends and family so this might make it into the list this year.
Anyways…this Caramel Corn is amazing! It’ll satisfy that sweet tooth just the right amount and make you want to go back for more. I hope you enjoy it!
– 3 cups of air-popped Popcorn
– 1/4 cup of Caramel Sauce (I used my Homemade Sauce)
– 1 teaspoon salt
1.) Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
2.) In a large bowl, mix the Popcorn and Caramel Sauce until coated completely.
3.) Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place the Caramel Covered Popcorn on it.
4.) Bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Stir half way through to prevent burning.
5.) Let cool and enjoy!
What is some of your favorite fair food you can make at home?
