First things first…I blog about food! I dabble in healthy recipes and not-so-healthy recipes. I am not a certified health coach, nutritionist or medical professional. I create and eat things that I enjoy and view and good choices for myself. That being said, everyone has different dietary needs. Please consult a doctor is you have special nutrition requirements.

A number of my recipes and posts include affiliate links – that means if you happen to love the product as much as I do and decide to give it a try, I receive a small portion as well. Don’t worry! It is the exact same price as it would be without an affiliate link. I use my Amazon Store for most links. I also work with a few brands – they’ll ask me to help with recipe development, brand awareness and more.
I only talk about products and work with brands that I truly enjoy and use myself. Each and every affiliate link goes to something that I used in that recipe and have stocked in my pantry. Practice what you preach, right?
If you share something anything on my site (comment, email, etc.) I will not share or sell any personal information to outside sources. Not my style and would rather keep you guys safe from spam and all other things.
